الشباب من أجل التغيير هو مشروع يهدف إلى كسر العزلة الثقافية بين جنين وفلسطين وبقية العالم العربي، إنه ينوي بناء قدرات الشباب والشابات الفلسطينيين في السيرك والدراما ومسرح الشارع، وخلق وتقديم أعمال فنية عالية الجودة للجمهور الفلسطيني من خلال تعزيز الشراكات داخل القطاع الثقافي الفلسطيني والمجتمع الفلسطيني الأوسع.

وسوف يتحقق ذلك من خلال تدريب الشباب والشابات في ورش العمل الدرامية والسيرك مجتمعة لخلق عمل مسرحي من نوع مسرح الشارع، مؤلف من قصصهم الخاصة. وسوف يستهدف المشروع المناطق المهمشة في فلسطين، وسيتيح الفرصة ل 10 مشاركين فلسطينيين للسفر من أجل أداء العمل المسرحي في الدار البيضاء في المغرب، وتوفير التدريب في السيرك والدراما هناك للنساء والأطفال. وتشمل الأنشطة الرئيسية للمشروع دورات تدريبية وحلقات عمل، وإنشاء عروض مسرحية في الشوارع، وجولات في الضفة الغربية مع التنقل وتبادل الفنانين بين فلسطين والمغرب.

مسرح شظايا هي منظمة ثقافية، تأسست في جنين، من قبل مجموعة من الممثلين والمخرجين والفنيين، تعطي الشباب الفرصة للتعبير عن أنفسهم باستخدام المسرح والسينما والسيرك والفنون في جنين والمناطق المحيطة بها. على مدى السنوات القليلة الماضية، تم تنفيذ العديد من الأنشطة مع الأطفال والشباب، المسرحيات، والأفلام القصيرة وورش عمل.

وسوف يخلق المشروع حوارا وفرصا للتبادل وسيبني شراكة إبداعية بين مسرح شظايا ومدرسة سيرك الفلسطينية في بيرزيت وهي منظمة غير حكومية غير هادفة للربح تهدف إلى تدريب الشباب ليصبحوا فنيين محترفين أو مدربين سيركيين باستخدام السيرك كأداة اجتماعية لتطوير الإمكانيات الخلاقة للفلسطينيين، والسعي لإشراكهم وتمكينهم من أن يصبحوا فاعلين بناءين في مجتمعهم. و أيضاً هي فرصة للتعاون مع مسرح المحكور الدار البيضاء في المغرب، وهي شركة مسرحية تضع الفن في مركزها في حين تمثل الحياة الاجتماعية والمدنية للمواطنين المغاربة وتحاول الحفاظ على الهوية المغربية والتراث الثقافي.

يكمن الهدف الاساسي لهذا المشروع في دعم استمرارية كتلة ثقافية تعمل على مساعدة المواطنين الشباب في تطوير تعبيرهم الفني والثقافي من خلال ممارسات إحترافية مبتكرة.
يعتمد تنفيذ المشروع على شقين لتشجيع المواهب الشابة على الإحتراف:
«مسابقة المواهب الشابة» : حدث فني فتح الطريق لحوالي 150 موسيقي شاب من خلفيات مختلفة٬ يسعون للحصول على مكان للتعبير و نشر فنونهم.
يمكن للنخبة الولوج إلى برنامج تدريب إحترافي لبناء قدراتهم في مختلف المجلات: الفنية و الإدارية و التقنية.
يعير المشروع إهتماما أيضا بالفضاءات العمومية من خلال تحويلها إلى مكان للتعبير الفني الحر لشباب مجتمعنا الحضري و إلى نقطة إلتقاء لخلق مزيج بين الأجيال و بين الثقافات في المجتمع المغربي.
ترأس مسابقة المواهب الشابة – طنجاز جمعية تبادل التي إتخذت طنجة مقرا لها. و هي عبارة عن منصة ثقافية متعددة الإستعمالات ترحب بالموسيقيين الراغبين في عرض أعمالهم أو الباحثين عن إقامة فنية لتطوير إبداعات فنية جديدة
الشركاء في هذا ا لمشروع هم:
مؤسسة لوران المستقرة بمدينة طنجة ٬ والتي تعمل في مجال نشر الثقافة و الفن ٬ مع إيلاء اهتمام خاص للأطفال القاطنين بالأحياء المهمشة. من أهم مشاريعها مهرجان طنجاز ( 17 دورة) ٬ وإ نشاء الفرقة المسرحية «كوميديا طنجة»
فيزا للموسيقى المستقرة بالرباط ٬ وتعتبر أول سوق للموسيقى في أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط . نشأة المشروع ترجع لغياب ظهور الموسيقيين الأفارقة و الشرقيين على المستوى الدولي ٬ ووجود دينامية فنية مهمة و إبداع موسيقي في المنطقة.

تشهد طنجة تغيرا حضريا هائلا، تشهد نموا اقتصاديا كبيرا وتطورا غير مسبوق للمشهد الفني والثقافي الذي تقوده المبادرات المحلية القادمة من الفنانين والمبرمجين الثقافيين. ويهدف اقتراح للمدينة إلى العمل جنبا إلى جنب مع هذا الزخم المحلي لبناء إجابة مبتكرة للرد على التحديات الاجتماعية والثقافية والحضرية الرئيسية التي تواجهها المدينة بسبب تحولها مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار دور الفن والثقافة في تطورها و في عمليات التحضر.

من أجل (إعادة) دمج الفن والثقافة في عملية التحضر والتنمية من المدينة، سيجمع المشروع بين الفنانين مع هيئات رسمية في المدينة للرد على التحديات الثقافية والحضرية و الاجتماعية الكبرى التي تواجهها طنجة بسبب تحولها من خلال مختبر مدته عام واحد مرتكز على البحوث والإنتاج الإقامات الفنية. من ضمن الهيئات الرسمية التي سوف تعمل مع الفنانين: المدارس والوكالات الحضرية ووسائل الإعلام المحلية. وسوف تستضيف كل إقامة جلسات عمل خاصة مع مهنيين من كافة القطاعات فضلا عن استوديوهات / مؤتمرات مفتوحة للعموم وورش عمل متقدمة .

وسيتم عرض المشاريع الناتجة عن الإقامات على مجلس المدينة وفي المقاطعات المختلفة على أمل أن يعتبر هذا المشروع حلا خلاقا للقضايا التي تواجهها طنجة اليوم.

داباتياتر هي فرقة فنية متعددة التخصصات أطلقتها مجموعة من الفنانين من مختلف المناطق الجغرافية ومختلف التخصصات الفنية وشارك في تأسيسها مجموعة من الناس المحبين للفنون لتعزيز المعرفة والتعليم حول “العمل المواطني والحرية الثقافية والفنية”. لبناء الجسور بين الناس والتخصصات والثقافات. وقد ساعدت أيضا الفنانين والمشاريع الناشئة من خلال توفير برنامج بناء القدرات العادية، في إدارة المشاريع.

اقتراح للمدينة هو مشروع تنسقه مؤسسة Think Tanger، التي بدأت في عام 2016 كمشروع وهي الآن منصة تنفيذ مشاريع مختلفة كل عام ، معنية بالتحضر الفني والتنمية في طنجة، وتنفذه داباتيتر بالشراكة مع Think Tanger و MHR programming.

«مدرسة» برنامج يعتبر الأوّل من نوعه في المنطقة للبحث وتنظيم معارض الفن المعاصر. يسعى البرنامج للتعليم والوصل بين شباب وشابات عاملين في المجال الفني عبر توفير فرص تدريبيّة وتشبيكيّة لهم. تدعو «مدرسة»، عبر دعوة لتقديم الطلبات، الشباب والشابات القيمين والعاملين الثقافيين في شمال أفريقيا والشرق الأوسط للمشاركة في برنامجها. تدعم «مدرسة» ممارسات تقييم المعارض المستقلّة، والتي تنظر أبعد من أطر الإنتاج وآليّات عالم الفن الموجودة حاليا. مستكشفةً الممارسات الفنيّة البصريّة المتفاعلة اجتماعيّاً، ومروّجةً للمشاريع التعاونيّة والتبادلات الغنيّة العابرة للحدود، ومقدمةً منصّة للتجارب للمواهب الناشئة في المنطقة.
أطلق برنامج مدرسة العام 2015 من قبل «Atelier de l’Observatoire» (للفن والبحث) في الدار البيضاء. سيتم تنظيم نسختها الثانية بالتعاون مع « Spring Sessions – جلسات الربيع».
سيتم تنفيذ مدرسة بين عمّان، الدار البيضاء، الإسكندريّة والجزائر العاصمة، متضمّنةً سلسلة لقاءات وزيارات وورشات عمل لتمكين للمشاركات والمشاركين من ممارسة معارفهم وتدريباتهم المكتسبة من خلال تنظيم مشروع في كل مدينة.
Spring Sessions – جلسات الربيع برنامج تجاربي تعليمي وبرنامج إقامة فنيّة في عمّان. يسعى البرنامج لجمع العاملات والعاملين الثقافيين الناشئين والأكثر الخبرة معاً لخلق ومشاركة آفاقهن/م وأعمالهن/م. يهدف البرنامج إلى تشجيع المشاركات والمشاركين على مساءلة المسلّمات من خلال التجريب خارج الأطر التقليديّة.

كبريت برنامج بحث و إنتاج مشترك مخصص للفن المعاصر و أنشطة أمناء العروض و المتاحف، و ملتزم بإعادة إحياء الإرث الثقافي و الذاكرة الجماعية (المعمارية، الراديو و الأرشيفات الصوتية، السينما، التصوير الفوتوغرافي). تقوم شبكة من الفضاءات الفنية و المبادرات المستقلة بشمال إفريقيا و الشرق الأوسط بتنسيق و إدارة المشروع، و يسعى هذا الأخير إلى خلق تفاعل مستمر و متبادل للأنشطة و الأفكار التي تهم المبادرات الثقافية الملتزمة بالنسيج الإجتماعي.

للوصول إلى هذه الأهداف سيعمل مشروع كبريت في 2017 على وضع :
– سلسة من المشاريع لإعادة إحياء مواقع دائمة أو سريعة الزوال للإرث الثقافي في كل من المناطق المشاركة. بإدارة الشريك المحلي، سيكون كل مشروع مرتبط بالمشاريع الأخرى من خلال منهجية تهدف إلى التفاعل البناء وتبادل المهارات، المعرفة و الممارسات. ستشرك هذه المشاريع أيضا المجتمع المحلي، الباحثين و الفنانين لتقويم عملية الإحياء الفني. سيتم تقديم نتائج المشاريع في مناسبة أخيرة على شكل مطبوعات و عرض بين نوفمبر و دجنبر في إحدى المدن المشاركة.
– سلسلة من اللقاءات بالجزائر، تونس، الدار البيضاء، مراكش، رام الله و برشلونة من فبراير إلى أكتوبر 2017 : تتضمن برامج مفتوحة للجمهور، ورشات، تدخلات و عروض فنية، تداريب، دورات للبحث، مناقشات و ربط شبكي. تجمع هذه اللقاءات بين مشاركي كبريت و المجتمع المحلي من أجل إعادة إحياء و الحفاظ على الإرث الثقافي المحلي.
-‬ تطوير موقع إلكتروني للبحث و التعريف بمشروع كبريت : سيكون هذا الموقع أولا وسيلة لدعم و التعريف بجميع المشاريع و الأنشطة؛ وثانيا، سيمثل فضاءا للتفكير في كيفية إشراك الأنشطة الفنية و عمل أمناء العروض في إعادة إحياء الإرث الثقافي و الذاكرة الجماعية بالمنطقة؛ و أخيرا، يهدف الموقع أيضا إلى تمكين الباحثين و الكارتوغرافيين من التواصل حول هذا الموضوع.

Since its establishment, Maison de l’Image works in synergy with a network of collaborators, public and private institutions and associations focusing on the visual arts in Tunisia and abroad. The association has organized a series of workshops, exhibitions and meetings for artists and creative organisations and individuals from Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Libya and Tunisia.

After becoming well established, a partnership with 2 cultural organisms from the MENA region: Brokk’Art from Algeria and L’Uzine from Morocco, was agreed. Maison de l’Image decided to create Inkylab – a publishing platform, a collaborative print space and a network, aiming to create accessible tools and a networking context to enhance the exposure of talented creative illustrators, and artistic collectives based in the MENA region. Inkylab has constituted a platform for new questions, images, and ideas, to blur geographic and social boundaries, and to open new frontiers for cultural and creative innovation. Through publishing, educational, and curatorial activities, Inkylab gathers artists who seek to create, engage, and communicate topics and issues concerning self-publishing and lead them towards collaboration. The final event in Tunisia as part of the ‘Salon   International de la Bande Dessinée de Tazarka (SIBDT)’, August 2018, will be an ideal opportunity for Inkylab to showcase the work of the talented artists, collective illustrators and artistic based in the MENA region.

This project aimed at creating an Arab comics network for comic artists in the region, to collaborate and share their creations internationally. Arab Comics as Educational Tool aimed to promote the use of comics as an educational and social tool in the community, and share possible sources to finance this kind of projects. It also seeked to build the capacities of different partners through shared experiences and practices, strengthen the abilities of Arab Artists in comics to work as a network, and spread the Arab comic internationally, making it accessible to larger audiences. To reach these objectives, a platform has been established that supports the work of the artists in the region, producing and distributing comics about social issues, artistic exchanges between Palestine, Egypt and Morocco, the translation of comics to English, French and Spanish to make comics accessible to international audience, and by implementing exhibitions to showcase the work of the comic artists involved.

The project is led by Tamer Institute, an association based in Jerusalem, focusing mainly on the rights to education, identity, freedom of expression and access to knowledge. Tamer institute works across the West Bank and Gaza Strip, primarily targeting children and young artists, and developing alternative means to formal education.

من خلال شبكة بارزة من فرق الرقص، يهدف ميم – MEEM إلى تطوير وإنشاء منصّة تبادل وركيزة متينة للرقص المعاصر في منطقة جنوب المتوسط. سوف تعمل المؤسسات المشارِكة على بناء القدرات وتقديم التعاونات الفنيّة المتواصلة من خلال نشاطات وممارسات نظرية وعملية مرتبطة بنطاق وحاجات كلّ بلد.
المؤسسات المشاركة والمتعاونة: مسرح مقامات للرقص (لبنان)، سرية رام الله الأولى (فلسطين)، مساحة درجه (المغرب)، جاز أم / فرقة ناصرة بيلازا (الجزائر – فرنسا)، تنوين للرقص المسرحي (سوريا)، فرقة شطحة (تونس-فرنسا)،.
ينطلق المشروع بإدارة مسرح مقامات للرقص، وهي فرقة عالمية مقرّها في بيروت، أسّسها “عمر راجح” في العام 2002. وقد تمكّنت، في وقت قصير جداً، من التحليق كفرقة مركزية في مجال إبداع وتطوير الرقص المعاصر في لبنان والمنطقة العربية لتصبح اليوم الرائدة على ساحة الرقص المعاصر في لبنان.

MARSAD – Mediterranean Action and Research for Sustainability and Development aimed to create a collective platform of research, implementation, monitoring and observation of cultural policies in the region, in order to ensure an efficient advocacy of the institutions. The platform plans to grow and include more partners to become a reference in the South Med region.

MARSAD has set-up research and diagnosis on cultural policies in the partners’ countries (education, training, diversity, governance, production), to share expertise between partners, to strengthen the network of cultural operators in the region, and to set-up a common platform providing data & information about cultural policies in the region. In the long-term, the goal is to establish a regional Observatory for Cultural Policies providing data, research, studies and recommendations on cultural policies in the region in order to advocate for and strengthen the capacities of cultural actors, to implement cultural policies that are useful for the population, and sustainable for artists in their respective countries. 

Racines is a Moroccan non-profit organisation advocating for the integration of culture into public, human, social and economic policies. Racines is born from the desire of Moroccan cultural actors, convinced that the issue of culture is common to African countries (weakness of cultural policies, lack of involvement of the States, non-recognition of culture as a human right, weak creative industries, lack of protecting artists’ rights, lack of training in cultural jobs…). Racines’ projects are articulated around cultural policies (research, advocacy, mapping), arts and culture for social change, entrepreneurship, cultural management training, artistic freedom, artists’ rights and status.

MARSAD is a project lead by Racines and developed in partnership with:

  • Our Culture First,an association based in Tunis, Tunisia, works on promoting cultural initiatives at national and local level, through capacity development approaches and a national exchange platform.
  • El Madina for Performing and Digital Arts, based in Alexandria, Egypt, develops projects through training, production, and management of culture spaces.
  • Me’Zaf, based in Beirut, Lebanon, is a musical cultural initiative whose main focus is the authentic music of the Levant. By implementing research projects and musical activities intends to reintegrate this music in our current scene, as a contemporary creation tool.

This Project will interweave explorations of contemporary creation, modern Casablanca heritage, public space and environment through a diverse but focused range of art and cultural activities aiming to support the potential of art in reviving historic sites and neglected city spaces. Activities will range from training, workshops and networking to an ephemeral art centre in the public space- the greenhouse, and site-specific interventions and lectures by artists and scientists. The project targets the general public, specifically the popular neighbourhood of Hay Mohamedi with the support of non-profit organisations already operating in the area.

The Project is organised by L’Observatoire, a non-profit organisation working at the crossroads of heritage, contemporary art and environmental issues; in partnership with Casamemoire, association aiming to safeguard the architectural heritage of twentieth century in Morocco; and Casapatrimoine dedicated to preservation of Casablanca´s cultural heritage; and in cooperation with EUNIC Casablanca, a network of National Institutes for Culture. All organisations are based in Casablanca.

promotion of human rights

The project is using cinema as a tool for raising the culture of human rights among young people, children and families. It will take place in marginalized districts of Casablanca, Salé and Rabat. It includes several recurring events and activities, namely the Thursdays of Cinema and Human Rights, children’s morning sessions and the master class on cinema and human rights. The aim is to involve local young people, providing a new tool for dialogue, social integration, cultural change and advocacy for a stronger commitment to human rights.

The project is led by the Association of Mediterranean Meetings of Cinema and Human Rights  (ARMCDH), based in Rabat, which is dedicated to promoting the culture of human rights through cinema; in partnership with Centre culturel les étoiles de Sidi Moumen- Fondation Ali Zaoua, based in Casablanca working for social development and psycho-social rehabilitation of young underprivileged Moroccans by facilitating their access to all forms of artistic expression, National Human Rights Council,  national institution for the protection and defence of human rights and freedoms in Morocco; Association Al Kachf Al Mounir, contribute to educating of children and youth  as responsible citizens; and Moroccan Centre for Cinematography, one of the world’s oldest public establishments tasked with regulating and promoting film.

une danse pour demains

This Project is initiated by two women choreographers, each working for the development of contemporary dance in their countries. They have identified ten young Moroccans and Algerians they wish to support in their creative process. Dancers will experience an intensive and full training and they will have an opportunity to extend network and visit regional events of importance. Dance will be shared from choreographers to dancers, but also and transmit to youngers amateurs through regular workshops for groups of children and adolescents in partnership with a neighbourhood association in Casablanca and Algiers. The aim is to strengthen the capacities of the young dance scene in South Mediterranean by transmitting the interest to youth and children, and develop a networking the region about dance, but generally art and culture.

This project is led by Espace Darja/Association les rencontres de la danse based in Casablanca, in partnership with Association Jazz Ame/Cie Nacera Belaza, a dance company working between Algeria and France; in cooperation with the Casablanca based Association Initiative Urbaine.

chefchawen

This project is framed inside the action plan started by the municipality of Chefchaouen after this city was nominated as emblematic community of the Mediterranean Diet (MD designated by UNESCO as Intangible Cultural Heritage). The main objectives are the creation of an Inventory of Mediterranean Diet intangible items; the promotion for the participation of the local population in safeguarding their centuries-old traditions and ‘savoir faire’ and the development of artistic activities as a means of social dialogue (theatre, stories and videos).

The project is lead by Talassemtane pour l’Environnement et le Développement, a non-profit association based in Tunisia and dedicated to promoting, developing and safeguarding the natural and cultural heritage; in partnership with the Urban Municipality of Chefchaouen; and in cooperation with the international association Diversity & Development, expert in Chefchaouen’s Mediterranean Diet Heritage research.

The project will gather artists, academic experts and private companies with the aim to build up a creative answer responding to the great socio-cultural and educative challenges faced by the city of Tangiers. Activities, such as artist residency programs, sociological studies, training, public conferences, will be organised aiming to create a debate on urban space between artists, thinkers and entrepreneurs.

Arty Farty Tanger, the main project organisation, is a ‘daughter’ of the French association Arty Farty, working in the area of culture, entrepreneurship and education. In partnership with Techno Park Tanger, a company based in Morocco with expertise in information, communication, green technologies and cultural industry; and Racines, an NGO based in Morocco promoting culture as a vector of democracy and human, social and economic development.
